By purchasing tickets through rewindcinema.net you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Tickets & Bookings All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented (digitally or printed) at the door. Rewind Cinema reserves the right to refuse entry.
Cancellations & Credits Should you be unable to attend a screening, you may cancel your booking through your account on rewindcinema.net up to two hours prior to the advertised screening time. Upon cancellation, the value of your ticket will be issued as a credit to your account, redeemable against any future Rewind Cinema event. Cancellations requested within two hours of the screening commencement will not be eligible for credit. In the event of a cancellation by Rewind Cinema, ticket holders will be issued a full account credit to the value of their booking.
Event Cancellation by Rewind Cinema In the event an event is cancelled or rescheduled by Rewind Cinema, ticket holders will be notified via email and issued a credit to their account to the value of their tickets. Rewind Cinema is not responsible for any travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by ticket holders.
Age Restrictions Some screenings may carry age restrictions in accordance with the film’s classification rating. Valid ID may be required at the door.
Venue & Conduct Rewind Cinema events are held at various locations. Venue details will be provided with your ticket confirmation. We reserve the right to remove any person from an event whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or inappropriate without credit being issued.
Food & Beverage Rewind Cinema operates as a strictly non-BYO venue. Outside food and beverages are not permitted at any Rewind Cinema event, regardless of the venue. Patrons found to have brought their own food or drinks will be asked to leave the event and will not be eligible for a credit or refund. Drinks and snacks are available for purchase at the bar at all events held by Rewind Cinema.
